Topped with a tadka and coriander leaves, khandvi is loved by all. <br /> <br />Ingredients: <br /> <br />3/4th Cup Curd <br />3/4th Cup Gram Flour <br />1/4th tsp Asafeotida <br />1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder <br />1 tsp Oil <br />1 Cup Water <br />Coriander Leaves <br />Grated Fresh Coconut <br />Salt to taste <br /> <br />For Tadka <br />2 tbsp Oil <br />1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds <br />2 Green Chillies <br />15-20 Curry Leaves <br /> <br />Method: <br /> <br />- In a large bowl add curd and gram flour. <br />- Then add asafeotida, turmeric powder, oil, salt and water. Mix everything well. It should be a pouring consistency batter. <br />- Transfer this mixture on a flat bottom pan cook it till it becomes thick. <br />- Once the mixture has thicken transfer it on a greased tray and spread it evenly. <br />- Let it cool down for few minutes. <br />- Divide it vertically with a knife. Roll out the khandvi carefully. <br />- In a pan heat some oil. Add mustard seeds, green chillies and curry leaves. <br />- Add this tadka on the ready khandvis. Also garnish it with coriander leaves and grated fresh coconut. <br />- Khandvi is ready to be served.
